TekSiC specializes in advanced silicon carbide (SiC) materials and high-performance furnace technology.The company was founded upon the idea to grow SiC crystals for semiconductor applications, and our uniqueness would be to combine SiC know-how with engineering and manufacturing capabilities to do that. Today we are growing SiC crystals in PVT furnaces developed and made in-house.
Our furnace design, named Xforge PVT, integrates cutting-edge expertise in heating, vacuum, gas handling, automation, and engineering.
To drive continuous development of our SiC growth process, TekSiC has built strong capabilities across the full process chain: process modeling and control, crystal growth, post-processing, evaluation, and iteration. This integrated expertise has positioned us as a partner for both complete system delivery and process development in advanced heating, vacuum, and gas-based equipment.
Building on this foundation, TekSiC also offers Xforge HT, a versatile furnace platform designed for a wide range of heat treatment and high-temperature processes.
