The 38th MAX IV User Meeting will take place in Lund from 18–20 January 2027 under the theme “Science Moving Forward”.

The meeting will bring together researchers, facility representatives and users for three days of scientific presentations, discussions and networking. The programme includes plenary talks, updates from MAX IV, user presentations, parallel scientific sessions covering a range of research fields, and a poster session.

The event will also provide updates on ongoing developments at MAX IV, including the new TomoWISE beamline and plans for the MAX 4U upgrade.
