BSBF is built around connections – delegates can pre-arrange B2B meetings with representatives from BSOs, industry leaders and other institutions. Here, decision-makers, procurement teams and technical experts come together. The event also features an industrial exhibition with more than 120 stands, offering European industry and international stakeholders a prime platform to showcase their capabilities.
BSBF brings together the entire European Big Science community, offering an important platform for Swedish companies and research groups to engage on an international level.
Individual registration
Individual registration for BSBF 2026 provides access to all conference activities on each day.
Networking is a core element of BSBF, and delegates will be able to pre-book one-to-one B2B meetings with representatives from Big Science Organisations, industry and other institutions. The forum also includes a large industrial exhibition with more than 120 stands, bringing together European industry and international stakeholders.

Join the Nordic–Baltic Pavilion at BSBF 2026
Sweden, Norway, Estonia and Latvia will join forces to create a shared business pavilion – a strong and visible platform showcasing our countries’ industrial and technological capabilities for the global Big Science market.
Selected member companies attending BSBF 2026 will be offered the opportunity to participate in the Nordic–Baltic Pavilion free of charge.

Please note that each company is responsible for its own registration for BSBF 2026. Big Science Sweden cannot cover any costs related to participation, such as travel, accommodation or the conference fee.
