Join us on 30 September in Lund at The Loop (perfectly located between MAX IV and ESS) for a unique event where research facilities, scientists, and high-tech companies come together to tackle real-world challenges. For the first time, this will be a joint Danish-Swedish AIMday.

AIMday Big Science Technology

At AIMday, Big Science facilities submit their challenges. Once the challenges are published on the AIMday webpage, registration opens for industry and academia. On the day, expert teams explore the challenges in focused workshops. Choose the questions that match your expertise, and take an active part in the discussions! Your expertise is needed!

30 September – AIMday workshops

A full day of One Question, One Hour workshops, featuring four sessions with parallel workshops, including lunch, coffee breaks, and plenty of opportunities for new insights.
This year’s special focus: Green Tech Solutions.

  • 08:30–16:00

29 September – the day before

On 29 September – the day before AIMday – we’ll kick off with a dynamic networking programme. The afternoon and evening promise to spark new collaborations and open doors to exciting new contacts.

  • 13:00–16:00: Guided visits to ESS or MAX IV (limited availability).
  • 17:00–21:00: Networking with a roll-up exhibition, followed by an informal dinner.
