[V 2025/2915] Optical microscopes for the detectors of the TomoWISE beamline of MAX IV Laboratory

TomoWISE, the new X-ray tomography beamline, will be equipped with at least one detector with large sensor for micro and nano-tomography. For the optimization of radiation dose on the sample the highest possible numerical aperture microscope is required. This microscope will bring the image created by X-rays on a thin scintillator to the large sensor camera. Distortion-free image circle is critical in tomographic applications, otherwise the reconstruction from multiple projections will have severe artifacts.
