UHV Vacuum chamber for ID26 double mirror

This Call for tender covers the supply of a stainless steel 304L vacuum chamber containing the assembly of two cooled mirrors. The UHV chamber is supported by a motorized granite stack. The assembly must be vacuum tight and cleaned to be able to operate in a 1e-9mbar vacuum condition. Overall dimensions: L x W x H = 2150 x 1550 x 600 mm Note: Mirrors, internal mechanics assembly and the granite stack are out of the scope of the supply.
