THRILL MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY OF 5 LEAD -ANTIMONY PLATES (SB 3-4%) ASSEMBLED WITH S235 STEEL BACKING PLATES FOR RIGIDITY

This contract covers the manufacturing and supply of 5 lead-antimony plates (Sb 3–4%) assembled with S235 steel backing plates for structural rigidity, intended for the TrHILL Instrument. Materials The following materials shall be used:  Lead-antimony alloy (Sb 3–4%)  S235 steel All parts shall be manufactured in accordance with the following standards:  Machining: ISO 2768-cL  Welding: ISO 13920-BF Tolerances The following geometric tolerances apply to all plates, with a maximum allowable deviation of 1 mm:  Flatness: 1 mm max  Perpendicularity: 1 mm max  Parallelism: 1 mm max Material certifications shall be provided for all supplied materials.
