Supply and Maintenance of Multi-Function Devices

The selected Contractor shall supply multifunctional printers on a pay per page printed basis. The cost of the printer rental shall be fixed per month and the cost of the pages printed added to this cost. The Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, servicing and support of the printers as well as the delivery and management of consumables at the ESO Headquarters in Garching for a 5 year period. The printers shall provide a “secure print” functionality integrating with the existing MyQ printer solution. The printers shall provide a “scan to email” feature; a “scan to file server” feature; a mechanism to customize the user interface of the touch panel; email to print; and a mechanism to connect the printers to a print server. Optional features include bar code scanning.
