Statutory Inspections for Building Equipment and Services (FMR)

The scope of work of this framework contract concerns all equipment related to any kind of statutory inspections (initial or periodical) with respect to the French regulations and possibly specific inspections (e.g. for temporary equipment or following French Authorities' particular requests). Consequently, the scope of work concerns at least the following fields, as defined by the regulation: • Rooms aeration and air treatment; • Pressurized devices (movable or not); • Elevators and lifts; • Lifting and handling devices and tools; • Tanks, basins and reservoirs; • Electrical safety devices (e.g. lighting, generator, insulating tools, automated external defibrillators); • All other electrical devices (including microwaves, coffee machines); • Lightning protection devices; • Collective and personal protective equipment (PPE); • Fire detection and protection devices (including all types of extinguishers); • Refrigeration and/or thermal devices; • Machinery; • Doors and gates; • Electromagnetic fields; • Fluid networks (including potable water); • Water dams.
