Manufacturing cleaning and assembly of - 13 pieces of BBGOA, including rail assembly, alignment case and Vacuum chamber assembly. (Figure 1 - 1pc. of BBGOA without the Vacuum chamber, and with slightly longer side plates for the Alignment frame. (Figure 2) - 2 additional sets of rail assembly and the alignment case without the parts above the bottom plate Since the BBGOA will be used in a highly irradiated environment, we have to control the quality of the used materials to avoid activation. We need material certificates for each component. Deviation from the type of materials listed in the drawings is allowed, but it has to be agreed by ESS! • Aluminium: 5-6xxx series. • Bolts, nuts, washers: Titanium alloy, with certificate of the material composition. • Rollers, shafts: steel according drawing specification
