Sources and electronics for fiber connected interferometers

This CFT concerns the supply of control units (including the laser source and the electronics) for FIBERED LASER INTERFEROMETERS. They must be compatible with optical heads and fibers which are in use currently at ESRF, namely belonging to ATTOCUBE IDS3010 package. The following specifications are OBLIGATORY : Over a working distance between 50mm and 150mm, the linearity must be better than 0.5 nm, the stability better than 0.5nm and the repeatability better than 1nm. Each unit must provide three electrical serial outputs (HSSL or SSI) delivering the position signal at a frequency of 1MHz minimum. 6 units are requested for delivery as soon as possible in 2022 (3 measurement channels per unit). Additional units will be purchased in 2023 and potentially 2024.
