Service provider of X-ray coatings for mirrors and gratings

We are looking for service provider of X-ray coatings in B4C, metals (for instance Platinum, Gold, Chromium) for mirrors and gratings (made typically by silicon) with nominal length on the order of 1 m, homogeneity less than few nm PV and roughness less than 0.5 nm. Usual thickness of coating is between 50 and 100 nm. I kindly ask you to provide to us list of companies with experience on that. If you have also some highlights of successful collaboration with big science institutes, we will be very glad to be informed. Please, provide the information by 31st of January.
