Security Awareness Training 2026 - 2028 incl. 2 years optional extension - PR133891-ADI

Price Inquiry (PQ) covering the provision of a fully managed security awareness training for the years 2026 – 2028 including the option to extend by two additional years upon ESO’s request. The service shall include up to 1,200 ESO users and external contractors and aims at strengthening the organisational resilience against cybersecurity threats by implementing structured awareness activities. Amongst others, the project covers the following main activities and aspects: • Delivery of web-based cybersecurity training; Realistic phishing simulations across multiple channels; • Voice-based simulations for a selected group of users; • Reporting on the key performance indicators. The contractor will provide a complete managed service, including implementation, operation, user data integration and continuous performance monitoring.
