PR132484-JSC Freight Forwarding Services for ESO Garching and Chile

Frame Contract for Freight Forwarding services for ESO Garching and Chile Call for tender (CFT) covering the logistics needs of ESO with a Frame Contract for Freight forwarding services for ESO Garching and Chile. The contract will start on 01.01.2026 for a firm period of 1 year, with yearly options up to 5 years maximum. The CFT is scheduled to be issued in Q4/2025 to potential suppliers in the ESO Member States. The scope of services includes logistics and transport services for the ESO Headquarters in Garching and Inland transports and imports- and exports from/to ESO and ALMA in Chile. The contract is expected to be awarded in Q4/2025, to the Bidder, which has submitted a fully compliant Tender and offers the best value for money for ESO taking into account the quality and price of the offer. ESO reserves the right, in case of corresponding offers, to award various Frame Contracts, for this project.
