Summary The High Energy Beam Facility (HEBT) is an essential part of the new international research centre FAIR (Facility for Antiprotons and Ion Research) in which dipole and quadrupole magnets are used for beam deflection and focusing respectively. The following magnet power supplies are required for this: - 53 magnet power supplies for dipole magnets, which are to be used in pulse mode as well as in DC mode. 16 different types with output currents of 550-2500A are required, which are mainly supplied from the 400V level, but partly from the medium voltage network (20kV). The required absolute control accuracy is 1 x 10-4*IN. The division is made into lots, lot 2 to lot 5! - 8 solenoid power supplies for quadrupole magnets, which are to be used both in pulse mode and in DC mode. 2 different types with output currents of 900-1500A are required, from which 400V level must be supplied. The required absolute control accuracy is 1 x10-4*IN. The division is made in lot, lot 6! 1 solenoid power supplies for quadrupole magnets as an option.
