PC 21-06 : the supply and installation of air-conditioning systems

The invitation to tender concerns the supply and installation of air-conditioning systems in seven offices. Under this contract the supply of an air-conditioning system involves the supply, installation and bringing into operation of an air-cooled water chiller and associated hydraulics and the associated terminal units in the offices. The equipment is to be positioned as per ILL plans and the manufacturers' recommendations. The excess condensed water is to be evacuated via the waste water drain nearby, once the ILL authorises the connection. Power supplies will be provided by ILL. Essential requirements: 10-year third-party liability insurance Compliance with French legislation, for foreign companies working in France Class B DATR certification for work in areas controlled for ionising radiation Electrical accreditation as per French legislation Competence in handling refrigeration fluids, as per French legislation.
