PC 20-19: supply and installation of an air-conditioned enclosure

The call for tenders concerns the supply and installation of an air-conditioned enclosure in the ILL 7 guide hall, on the DALI experimental zone. The supply includes the enclosure in insulated panelling, a raised floor, and the air-conditioning/ventilation system. Under this contract, the supply of an air-conditioning system involves the supply, installation and bringing into operation of an air-handling unit, a water-cooled water chiller and associated hydraulics, and a backup air-cooled air-conditioning unit. The air-handling unit is to be positioned as per ILL plans and the manufacturer's recommendations. The excess condensed water is to be evacuated via a waste water drain nearby. The supplier shall be responsible for the different connections to the ILL networks (water supply and evacuation, power supplies). The ILL will indicate the connection points.
