Neutral Beam Magnetometer Development (NB Magnetic Sensor)

The ITER Organization (IO) is launching a Market Survey in view of a possible future procurement competition for the provision of the Neutral Beam Magnetometer Development (NB Magnetic Sensor), essential for the Neutral Beam Magnetic Field Reduction System (MFRS) . In the scope of work, it will be included the development of final engineering design and prototyping of the Neutral Beam Magnetic Sensor. The main purpose of this Market Survey is to request information in order to help the IO to better define the procurement technical specifications and to assess the market's availability to: - Demonstrate its capability to satisfy the requirements set forth in the draft technical specifications attached to this market survey, or/and - identify possible blocking points in terms of production capability, productivity, and propose ways for possible optimization/cost reduction.
