MS-4695/EP/ATLAS Supply of Regulated Extra-Low and Low Voltage Power Supplies for the Phase 2 ATLAS ITk Pixel Detector

The ATLAS Inner Detector will be replaced by a new all-silicon tracker for the operation at the High- luminosity LHC. For the innermost part of the Inner Tracker (ITk), the ITk Pixel Detector, new Extra Low Voltage and Low Voltage power supplies are required in order to power the readout ASICs, the optical readout system, the detector monitoring system and in order to deplete the silicon sensors.
