This Technical Description concerns the supply of High Grade helium to CERN and the management of part of the LHC helium inventory from 2022 to 2026 included. This Market Survey will be followed by an Invitation to Tender that is planned to be issued in Q2-2021. CERN foresees to place several five-year Blanket Purchase Contracts.
