This Technical Description concerns the provision of patent attorney services
and trademark attorney services.
The present Market Survey will be followed by the issue of an Invitation to
Tender to selected firms and combination of firms in June 2021 for contract(s)
to start no later than 1st January 2022.
The future Invitation to Tender will be adjudicated on a best value for money
basis. Bidders will have the possibility to bid for either one or both types of
attorney services (patent and/or trademark attorney services).
