This Technical Description concerns the supply of two new helium refrigerators for High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC), to be installed one at Point 1 (P 1) and the other one at Point 5 (P 5) of the LHC. This Market Survey will be followed by an Invitation to Tender that is planned to be issued in the first quarter 2021.
