This Technical Description concerns the assembly of 400 carbon fibre support structures (petal cores) for the ATLAS Inner Tracker (ITk) strips endcap. The Invitation to Tender is planned to be issued during the third quarter of 2020. Considering the financing of this project, at least 50% of the supply must originate in Spain or Germany
