This Technical Description concerns the supply of customised industrial-type air handling units. This Market Survey will be followed by the issue of an Invitation to Tender to qualified and selected Firms in November 2019 for a blanket purchase Contract for five years with an option of two annual extensions, to be awarded in March 2020.
