Monochromator positioning stage SHARP+

The global monochromator stage is fitted in the monochromator shielding (diameter 800mm) and is composed by a monochromator device with 2 active faces (out of scope), a positioning stage allowing to adjust the active surface to the incoming neutron beam, a lead cast height adaptation (out of scope) and a free rotating module (out of scope). The monochromator positioning stage consists of: - One rotary table located at the base of the positioning stage; - One double XY translation table allowing the positioning of the active monochromator face in the axis of rotation; - A goniometer table for adjusting the active face parallel to the axis of rotation. - A changer, small rotary table for the change of the active face. ­ Overall dimensions: 450x450 mm² and H=450 mm ­ Weight: 100 kilos
