Mobile telephony services

LOT 1 The scope of work includes the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of the necessary infrastructure and services to support fixed line and mobile communication needs at ESS. This includes but is not limited to: • Switchboard - Implement a central switchboard service to manage and route calls efficiently within the ESS network. • Group Numbers - Provide links and documentation to support staff in the creation of group numbers. • Mass SMS Capability - enable the capability to send mass SMS messages for urgent notifications and updates. • Mobile Subscription Service and Itemised Invoicing - provide mobile subscriptions with detailed invoicing to track usage and costs. • Self-Service IVR - Implement a self-service IVR system to streamline call handling and provide automated assistance. • Support services and business contact - provide support details such as web portal, email address and telephone numbers as well as a business contact manager to follow up on unresolved issues or failure to meet any service level agreements. LOT 2 The scope of work includes the following: i. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of IP PBX System on premises, ESS ERIC, Gate F03, Transportgaten 5, SE-22484, Lund, Sweden. ii. Delivery of all materials to the aforementioned address. iii. Installation, testing & commissioning of all components, equipment, accessories, etc. according to the technical specification and handover to ESS staff. iv. Providing all-inclusive service including all spares, etc. during warranty period. v. All engineering, equipment, labour, and permits required to satisfactorily complete the work required by this Specification. vi. Any other work related to but not specifically mentioned above, required for completion of the job according to the intent and scope of work.
