Manufacturing and supply of electronic cables for PDS (Phasing and Diagnostic Station) - PR124724-ADI

Price Inquiry for custom cables (built to print) of the Phasing and Diagnostic Station (PDS) of the ELT. These include mostly LEMO and subD connections: Production of 250 to 300 custom cable assemblies with LEMO and metal cover military standard subD connectors: Mostly 1-to-1 pinning with mostly crimp connections. Non-mounted connectors are also part of the deliverable items. Individual cable test reports on pin transmittance, shield performance are required at delivery. Expected off-the-shelf material delivery time is 4 weeks, subsequent manufacturing lead time is expected to be less than 3 months. Deliveries in batches is possible. The contract is expected to be awarded in Q3/2024. Type of contract: Built to print manufacturing contract. Award principle: The contract will be awarded to the compliant Bidder, which offers the best value for money for ESO. Eligible countries: Companies from the ESO Member States and Chile.
