Laser Cutter

We foresee to install fs laser cutter. The key specifications will be the following ones: - Cutting of different type of metal, glass and plastic foils and a sandwich of different layers of these materials => this should be done in under 30 sec. => the cut edges should be clean and without damage to the inner parts of the sample squares - Cutting of disk in metallic glass and B epoxy mixtures with a hole at the center => tolerance for the center of the hole are relative critical and should be in the 5-10 micron regime - Cutting of holes (as small as 20 micron) in a thin (50-20 micron thick) metal sheet out of Re or Stainless => important here that the hole is round and in the center of the gasket indentation. There are also additional requirements determined by the specific applications, safety regulations and size, but please refer to the listed one for a first screening. I kindly ask you to provide to us list of companies with experience on producing such components.
