Large Field of View CMOS camera

The following describes the Specific Technical Conditions applicable to the supply of a large Field Of View (>40x40mm), 1:1 fiber optic tapered CCD/sCMOS camera for X-ray imaging and diffraction. The camera should operate at a high frame rate >15 Hz full frame without binning. The optical coupling of the phosphor/taper to the sensor should be optimized to offer the highest sensitivity, since single X-ray photon sensitivity is targeted. It should also be radiation resistant since it will be exposed to high X-ray fluxes. This detector will be operated at the ESRF ID01 beamline in the X-ray energy range 6keV-40keV for X-ray imaging and diffraction experiments.
