supply of around 50 000 hybrid circuits for the CMS Phase-2 Outer Tracker Upgrade. The hybrid circuits are made of multilayer flexible high-density circuits, laminated to carbon fiber stiffeners or FR4 stiffeners and folded over and glued, and have spacings ranging from 1.6 mm to 4.0 mm depending on the variant, adjusted with aluminum nitride spacers. The hybrid circuits shall be delivered assembled and tested with ASICs provided by CERN in full wafers that shall be thinned and diced.
