This Technical Specification concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of a vertically constructed vacuum furnace with an all-metal hot zone with a useful volume of 400 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height. The delivery on the French part of CERN shall take place within 40 weeks from notification of the Contract.
