This Technical Specification concerns the supply of low voltage power
supplies with DC power input for the CMS Phase II Upgrade Project, which
will deliver power to four CMS sub-detectors. The contract is foreseen to
enter into force in April 2021. CERN reserves the right to split the future
contractor among several contractors.
