Installation of stainless-steel piping and support including material

TM Piping is a project within WP2 and the main scope is to coordinate the design of all water-cooling systems inside Monolith Vessel from the nozzles of the Monolith Connection Ring to the system that is connected to water cooling. The feed water systems are 1041, 1042 and 1043. The systems connected to water cooling are 1062 Proton Beam Instrumentation Plug, 1063 Target Monitoring System, 1066 Inner Shielding and 1110 Moderator and Reflector. The procurement will include piping spools and pipe support material, installation, welding, inspections and testing. There are special cleanliness rules to take into account since the installation will be conducted inside clean room area. Special circumstance to consider is the fact that the installation will be mainly of pipe spools to minimize the number of piping welds within each system. Design Data 10 bar(g) 100C Mechanical Quality Class MQC4 Code EN 13480 Certification according to ISO 3834-2 Orbital TIG welding will be required. Approximate 100m piping in total in dimensions DN15, Dn20, DN25 and DN32, DN40 and DN80.
