Installation of insulation for HVAC and water pipes

The scope is in general terms mainly installation of fire and thermal insulation for stainless- steel and carbon steel pipes and stainless-steel, galvanized and painted ducts. In scope is also included insulation of pumps, valves, control and fire dampers and other ventilation and piping components . The main elements in the installation scope are:  Installation of fire and thermal insulation for the ducts and components of ventilation systems 1131-1137 listed in [8]  Installation of of thermal insulation for the pipes and components of HVAC piping systems 1138-1138 listed in [21]  Procurement and installation of thermal insulation for condensate pipes of system 1057 listed in [22]  Datasheets of insulation for ventilation ducts and components can be found in [9] and for pipes and piping components in [21]  Labelling of components  Logistics in the local installation area  Visual inspection  Quality assurance and documentation  Project and Installation management including regular reporting on progress and forecast to ESS Installation package leader The work will be performed in most of the premises of D02 building. The scope in approximate figures:  Installation of about 500 m2 of thermal insulation with 40 mm thickness for HVAC ducts.
