In Vacuum mechanical assembly holding two cooled mirrors

This Call for tender covers a mechanical assembly holding two cooled mirrors. This assembly made of motorized aluminum plates and vacuum brazed cooling tubes will be installed in an UHV chamber supported by granite frames for a beamline. The assembly must be cleaned to be able to operate in a 10-9mbar vacuum condition. The machining and mounting required a very high precision, typically 0.05mm/m over 1.5m aluminum plates. Water cooling tubes leak test and measurement report will have to be delivered by the supplier. Overall dimensions : L x W x H = 1700 x 500 x 600 mm Note : Mirrors, UHV Chamber and Granite frame are out of the scope of the supply.
