Identity and Access Management Consulting - FCFT-PR113893-ASP

Call for tender (CFT) covering IT consulting services. ESO aims at strengthening the organisation’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities within the broader Information Technology and cybersecurity framework, in terms of processes, technologies, and frameworks that govern the secure management of digital identities and the controlled access to the ESO IT systems, applications, and data. For that purpose, ESO needs consultancy support to: Analyse the current ESO IAM approach and the existing IAM landscape, solutions existing on the market and maturity level, and identify gaps and risks. Based on this assessment, the Contractor shall design for ESO an improved solution that aligns with internal requirements, adheres to industry best practices, and enhances the organisation’s overall security posture. The expected outcome is a comprehensive, futureready IAM architecture and roadmap that supports organisational objectives, mitigates risks, and enables secure and efficient access control across all IT environments. After the implementation of the solution, the Contractor shall provide occasional consultancy support if and when requested by ESO.
