ID18-EBSL1 Coherence Slits

For the construction of the new ID18-EBSL1 beamline the ESRF needs 2 sets of coherence slits assemblies. These coherence slits consist of mechanical parts to be manufactured and assembled with commercial parts (supplied by the ESRF) such as motorized ball screws and rails with carriages. As such, the ESRF requires competences in precision manufacturing with demanding geometrical tolerance (flatness 0.05mm, parallelism 0.1), abilities in precision rails/ball screws assemblies and abilities in cleaning and assembly for Ultra High Vacuum compatiblity.
