ID 26 In Vacuum mechanical assembly holding two cooled mirrors

This Call for tender covers the mechanical assembly supporting two cooled mirrors ID26. This assembly, which comprises a motorized aluminum plate and a fixed aluminum plate cooled by vacuum brazed cooling tubes, will be installed in a UHV chamber supported by a granite stack. The assembly must be cleaned to be able to operate in a 10-9mbar vacuum condition. The machining and mounting require a very high precision, typically 0.05mm/m over 1.5m length of aluminum plates. Water cooling tubes leak test and measurement report will have to be delivered by the supplier. The supplier must procure a protective plastic cover for the assembly as well. (sketch on our platform)
