HLS Communication Racks

The tender covers the end-to-end production of three rack types: 35 valve/tap racks, 50 analogic HLS racks, and 75 I2C HLS racks. Scope includes PCB fabrication; component sourcing and assembly; microprocessor programming; supply of compliant power units; manufacture of metal rack structures with machined and drilled front and rear panels in accordance with the mechanical drawings; full internal wiring between boards and power supplies; and final assembly and functional testing to verify compliance and performance. All required technical documentation (schematics, PCB and firmware files, mechanical drawings, drilling patterns, etc.) will be provided by the ESRF. Bidders shall submit a single proposal comprising: a technical offer (organisation, resources, and any subcontracting); a detailed commercial quotation by rack type and cost item; estimated manufacturing and delivery lead times; and a description of testing, validation, and warranty conditions.
