Framework Contract to Supply Various Complex Penetrations

The entire work of this framework contract includes the supply and fabrication all the complex penetrations listed in Annex A. The unit weights given in the table of Annex A are just for cost estimation. Since the design is not yet finalized, the unit weight of each penetration is subject to change. A Framework Contract will be used by IO to place the Task Order (TO) for the need of the fabrication of each complex penetration. Each request will be contractualized through a Task Order (TO) to be placed by IO.
