Framework Contract for support of port integration engineering

This contract is to support the engineering integration of IO ports (EP#8/17, UP#4/5/6, LoP#14) towards their PDRs and FDRs, and to provide their engineering justification in mechanical design, maintenance, neutronics, ORE, HIRA/HOF, interface management and in preparation for the eventual manufacturing.
