Framework Contract for Supply of I&C Mechanical Components

ITER will put in place a framework contract with the selected supplier in order to procure I&C Mechanical Components. For the mounting box, material such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel with coating, Aluminium with coating can be used. The purpose of the mounting box is to provide a physical protection shielding for the sensor and the associated manifold (for scaffolding or equipment installation/removal) as well as to minimize operator time in the room for maintenance activity (sensor and manifold are fitting on a mounting plate which can be clamped to the box on site). All components shall be designed for the seismic events with Zero Period Acceleration up to 6.5 g.
