We are looking for a technology provider for the fabrication of high-precision Type B X-ray mirrors. These mirrors are intended for beam offset and distribution applications in our beamlines (SASE1, SASE2, and SASE3). Key Specifications: - Substrate material: Silicon (100) - Dimensions: up to 1 meter (length) × 75 mm (width) × 75 mm (thickness) - Shape: Cylindrical, concave - Tangential radius: Flat, 600 km (±100 km) - Sagittal radius: greater than 10 km - Clear aperture: minimum 850 mm × 20 mm -Tangential and sagittal shape error: less than 2.0 nm peak-to-valley - Surface roughness: not exceeding 0.2 nm RMS (under both 5x and 50x magnification) and <0.15 nm rms as best effort - entering tolerance: ±2 mm between the clear aperture and the substrate center All deliverables must be accompanied by detailed metrology reports, including interferometric and micro-interferometric data. Please, suggest technology providers by 3rd of July at 12.
