F4E-OMF-1461 - PROVISION OF RISK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

The Contractor shall provide the following types of Risk Management support services as requested by F4E . The Contractor shall provide other similar Risk Management support services during the implementation of this Framework Contract, directly related or stemming from the Contract, even if they are not explicitly listed in this section, if requested by F4E. Risk Management support to the following activities: ** Current software used is Active Risk Management©.  Support F4E with the maintenance and continuous improvement of risk management procedures, policies and process.  Maintain and provide training to F4E staff on Risk & opportunity management.  Prepare and facilitate risk management workshops for identification of risk and opportunities.  Prepare and facilitate risk management workshops for assessment in qualitative and quantitative assessment of risk.  Support and the analysis of transversal or summary risks and opportunities.  Perform Schedule and Cost Risk impact analysis.
