One uncoated elliptical-cylinder silicon X-ray mirror to be installed on the ESRF ID16A undulator beamline. The mirror will be integrated into an existing Kirkpatrick Baez focusing system provide final focusing of the X-ray beam to provide a focused beam size in the 10-20 nm range. The optical surfaces of the elliptical mirror will be coated with a multilayer by the ESRF to give optimal reflectivity for 17 keV photon energies. Ellipse geometry: Entrance arm, p = 144.6 m, Exit arm, q = 0.043 ±0.001 m, Glancing angle, theta = 14.4 ± 0.1 mrad. D. Clear aperture (CA) at least 26mm long (L) and 4mm wide (W). PV Figure error < 1 nm over any 1 mm wide (in the sagittal direction) tangential trace on the C.A. Mean rms surface micro-roughness of the C.A. < 1 Å
