Electronic Board Population 2024-2026 incl. 2 years extension option

The Frame Contract covers various aspects, including requirements, documentation, processes, procedures and deliverables, required for the accomplishment of electronic assemblies consisting of populated electronic printed circuit boards, together with any required wiring harnesses or mechanical elements (like front plates, heat sinks, profile, support or housing) around them. The Contract Period is 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2026. ESO reserves the right to extend the Contract by two optional Contract years. Minimum Requirements The minimum requirements are: • Minimum of 3 years in the contract activity. • Minimum of 3 similar projects with descriptions provided. • Capability to run contract and administration in English. • Management: experience and knowledge of assigned project manager. • Complete understanding of ESO's requirements. • Compliance with the schedule and planning requirements. • Credibility of the proposed methodology and schedule. • Demonstrated capability of the company to deliver / perform the project successfully. • Production certified IPC-A-610 class 2 and J-STD-001. • Full PCB population and assembly of any mechanical parts, according to Bill of Materials, pick and place file, Gerber files and fabrication or assembly files. • Handling and packaging of final product according to ESO Statement of Work (SOW).
