The Supply shall comply with the following characteristics and performance requirements: • The printer shall be able to print PEEK and ULTEM; • Other compatible materials: at least PEEK, PEKK, ULTEM 9085, PC, PA, TPI; • Minimum temperature for the build surface: 200°C; • Minimum temperature of the heated chamber: 150°C; • Minimum temperature for the extruder (nozzle): 450°C; • Material drying chamber with a minimum temperature of 70°C; • Dual extruders (IDEX), preferably fully metallic and easy to change; • Minimum build volume: 200x200x200mm ; • Internal vacuum system for the build surface; • Material format: filament Ø1.75mm, open materials system (non-proprietary); • Automatic calibration (levelling); • Activated carbon filtering; • Connectivity: Wi-Fi, ethernet, USB port, remote control, on-board camera; • Application software (slicer): Simplify3D supported; • Integrated annealing system; • Maximum height: 2.2m; • Maximum depth: 1.5m; • Maximum width: 1.5m • Maximum weight: 800kg; • 2 years warranty.
