This Technical Specification concerns the supply at CERN of one cGMPcompliant pharmaceutical washer for the suppression of particles and residues
from the surface of components used in superconducting radio-frequency
(SRF) applications before their transfer inside ISO 2 / ISO 4 class
cleanrooms.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance on the Swiss part of the CERN
site are part of the supply.
Acceptance is foreseen to take place in February 2022.
