DO-32594/TE - Supply and installation of a combination of concentric hemispherical electron energy analyser and dual-anode X-ray source for Electron Spectroscopy

This Technical Specification concerns the supply and installation of a customized combination of dual-anode X-ray source with Mg and Al anode (X-ray source) and a concentric hemispherical electron energy analyzer for electron spectroscopy (CHA). Both components shall be geometrically adapted to an existing ultra-high vacuum chamber with 500 mm diameter. The delivery is expected to take place within 7 months from notification of the Contract.

The tasks included in the contract will be performed on the Swiss side of the CERN site.
