DO-32393/EP/HGCAL - Manufacturing and supply of two austenitic stainless steel plates for the CMS High Granularity Calorimeter Detector

This Technical Specification concerns the manufacturing and supply of two stainless steel plates of Grade 304L of respectively 75 and 45 mm thickness before machining. A campaign of the plates’ thickness and flatness measurements before and after machining will be part of the supply. The contract is expected to be awarded in February 2020 and the manufactured plates shall be delivered to CERN in April together with the measurement reports.
